防火卷帘门封堵：

防火卷帘门路轨下孔选用1.2厚不锈钢拉丝板堵漏

套用18厚细木工板衬板作为基层

防火卷帘门安装步骤：

Installation steps of fire-proof rolling shutter door:

支撑架的安裝：安裝好膨胀螺丝后固定不动50×50×5或左右角铁做为衬托底测到直线以后支撑架板并电焊焊接坚固。

Installation of support frame: Fixed 50 *50 *5 or left and right angle iron after installing expansion screw as backing bottom, and welded the support plate after measuring straight line.

卷轴安装：卷轴采用高频焊管。根据现场测出的卷帘门的尺寸，使用相应直径钢管进行加工制作。

Installation of reel: The reel adopts high frequency welded pipe. According to the size of the curtain door measured on the spot, the corresponding diameter steel pipe is used for processing and manufacturing.

安装电机：卷阀门电机根据所安装门的提升质量选用相应的提升重量为600Kg电机进行使用，电机有3个底角固定螺丝，链条及拉轮与电机功率相匹配。

Installation motor: According to the lifting quality of the installed door, the coiled valve motor chooses the corresponding lifting weight of 600kg motor for use. The motor has three bottom angle fixed screw, chain and pulley matching the power of the motor.

帘板安裝：帘板选用经检测及格生产商生产制造镀锌钢板冷轧而成，帘板串连全过程中旋转灵便，摆动90°不脱落，直线度、平直度符合卷帘门(5.6.3)(5.6.4) 标准。长度符合(5.5)标准。

Installation of curtain plate: The curtain plate is made of galvanized steel sheet produced by qualified manufacturer. The curtain plate rotates conveniently during the whole process of series connection, swings 90 degrees without falling off. Straightness and flatness meet the standard of rolling curtain door (5.6.3) (5.6.4). The length conforms to (5.5) standard.

(5)导轨安装：导轨为镀锌钢板轧制而成。

(5) Guide installation: The guide is rolled from galvanized steel sheet.

内装门开展包箱解决，包箱选用帘板型帘片;电气控制柜安裝在梁上，手动式按键盒为两面盒，用钥匙开启后方可使用，根据要求可调一步降或二步降功能。

The inner door is packed with shutter curtain, the electric control cabinet is mounted on the beam, the manual key box is two-sided box, which can be used after opening with the key. The function of one-step or two-step reduction can be adjusted according to the requirements.

安装完成，接入工程电源，地面成型后进行防火卷帘门的上下限位的调整及电控箱调试工作。

Installation completed, access to engineering power supply, ground shaping after the adjustment of upper and lower limits of fire-proof rolling shutter doors and electronic control box debugging.
